New Brunswick is the Middlesex County seat and the reason people call this stretch of the state the Hub City. Rutgers’ main campus is here, Johnson & Johnson runs its world headquarters downtown, and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital anchors the medical district.

At night it’s a theater town. The State Theatre, George Street Playhouse and Crossroads Theatre all sit within a few blocks of each other, and George Street stays busy long after the curtain comes down.

We’re on the other side of the Raritan, straight over the Albany Street Bridge. Students, staff, families, late shifts — a lot of New Brunswick is a short run from our oven.
